The Challenge:
They secured a massive nationwide contract to repair and maintain over 400 printers across various locations in Australia. Every day was packed with site visits, service requests, and tight deadlines. The workload was intense โ and required coordination across technicians, IT teams, suppliers, and more.
What I Did:
As their virtual assistant, I became the central hub for communication and coordination. I managed:
Daily scheduling of on-site visits
Logging and tracking service requests
Communicating with IT personnel and vendors
Sourcing parts for various machine models
Following up on assessments and repair outcomes
From routine maintenance to highly specific technical fixes, I kept the process organized and moving forward.
The Result:
We successfully managed 400+ machines across the country, keeping everything on track and professionally documented. The contract, initially short-term, was extended to a full year โ a huge vote of confidence in our performance.
